A victory for the Renault Trucks-MKR Technology team at the Nürburgring


The Renault Trucks-MKR Technology team, applauded by 165,000 spectators, leaves the legendary Nürburgring German track with another first place to its credit. Renault Trucks also took advantage of this fifth Truck Racing event of the season to present its new vehicles, the Renault Trucks T and K, to the large number of its German customers attending. Throughout the weekend, this resulted in the Renault Trucks stand welcoming a total of 4,000 visitors.

In front of 165,000 spectators, Adam Lacko gave the Renault Trucks-MKR Technology team a very fine victory on Saturday in the second race, contributing to its score of points for the championship which built up over the weekend. This achievement takes Adam Lacko to 6th place in the overall rankings with 116 points and Markus Bösiger to 7th place with 89 points. The Renault Trucks-MKR Technology team is now ranked 3rd in the team championship stakes.

Renault Trucks took advantage of this unmissable Truck Racing meeting to present its new range of vehicles to the public for the first time in Germany. Three vehicles from the long distance Renault Trucks T range were on display as well as a vehicle from the Renault Trucks K heavy construction range.

Visitors also had the pleasure of discovering the Renault Trucks tent, where they found several attractions. The Renault Trucks-MKR Technology team drivers Markus Bösiger and Adam Lacko were also present for autograph signing sessions - to the great delight of their fans.

Renault Trucks looks forward to meeting its fans and customers again on 27 and 28 July at Smolensk in Russia for the sixth Truck Racing meeting of the season.
